  • Manage formats including cold-chain films, glass & plastic bottles, flow-wraps, laminates, cartons, rigid boxes, trays and gift/secondary packaging.

Build and manage the packaging vendor ecosystem

  • Deliver measurable and quantifiable savings on packaging spend without compromising quality, functionality or compliance.

Drive cross-functional packaging development projects

  • Coordinate and conduct vendor, plant and on-site packaging trials to validate performance and production feasibility.

Champion sustainability and shelf appeal

  • Identify recyclable and sustainable packaging alternatives.
  • Drive lightweighting, material optimisation and structural redesign initiatives.
  • Leverage knowledge of printing techniques, substrates and finishes to create premium, differentiated and shelf-appealing packaging.

Leverage consumer and market insights for packaging innovation

  • Track consumer trends, competitor packaging and market developments.
  • Identify opportunities for innovative packaging formats that address evolving consumer needs.
  • Develop packaging solutions that improve shelf life, stability and product performance, particularly for international markets such as UAE and UK.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Master's/Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related fields.
  2. 8–10 years of experience in product development and innovation.
  3. Proven track record of launching successful consumer products.
