  • Should have good knowledge of CRM Analytics, AI and Data Cloud related configuration.
  • Good communication, SNOW knowledge, Production Support skills to work in production support, work on RFCs /Projects, co-ordinate with team members,
  • ready to work On Call support and 2nd shift.
