As a Packaging Boy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are packaged efficiently and correctly. This full-time position requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in packaging and inventory management. Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain and manage inventory records accurately.
• Product Packaging: Ensure products are packaged correctly and securely to prevent damage during transportation.
• Quality Assurance: Check the quality of goods before packaging and dispatching.
• Order Dispatch: Identify and dispatch orders promptly and accurately.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain inventory and dispatch reports regularly.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the packaging area and warehouse clean and organized.
• Material Handling: Handle packaging materials and products carefully to avoid any damage.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety and quality standards set by Ekta Footwear.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass.
• Experience: 0 - 6 months of experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in packaging and inventory management.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to packaging and handling.
• Communication Skills: Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Team Player: Ability to work well within a team.
• Reliability: Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
