Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of application management and deployment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes. - Experience with low-code platforms and APIs. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively. - Familiarity with release management and deployment strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
