We are looking for an experienced ASP.NET professional who can lead development activities, design scalable solutions, and guide the team in delivering high-quality enterprise applications. The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, architecture decisions, and mentoring developers.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise web applications using ASP.NET / .NET technologies.
Lead technical discussions, architecture design, and solution planning.
Guide and mentor developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Participate in LLD/HLD discussions and solution design.
Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support guidance.
Drive performance optimization and application modernization initiatives.
Required Skills
Strong experience in ASP.NET Core, C#, Unit Testing
Experience with Web API, REST services
Knowledge of Microservices architecture
Experience With Azure / Cloud Services (preferred)
Understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
Lead a small to medium development team
Support delivery planning and estimations
Ensure best engineering practices
Mentor junior engineers and improve team capability
