Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and implement enhancements is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
• Experience designing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
• Strong understanding of cloud deployment models and best practices for high availability.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline application management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of integration techniques using APIs and low-code platforms to enhance application functionality.
