Summary:

As a ServiceNow Senior BPC, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
• Strong understanding of software asset lifecycle management and compliance processes.
• Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party tools within the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with low-code development environments and automation workflows.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
