Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations and streamline release processes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and application lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with API integrations and low-code/no-code development platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of version control systems and release management best practices.

• Gitlab (Gitlab CI would be a plus)
• CI/CD (conceptual understanding)

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
