Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk.
• Experience in configuring and managing packaged or software as a service applications.
• Strong knowledge of application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
