As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for team reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Front End Development (FED) Angular.
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles and user interface design.
• Experience with integrating APIs and working with low-code platforms to extend application capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application configuration and deployment.
