As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features and manage releases effectively. You will ensure system stability while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs, all while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. Your role will require you to engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience with low-code platforms and APIs.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with system stability and performance optimization techniques.
