Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall efficiency of application management, ensuring that the systems operate smoothly and meet user requirements effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Experience with application configuration and support.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
