As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and operational efficiency. • Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
• Familiarity with using APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
• Ability to work with low-code platforms to develop and deploy application solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve application-related challenges.

• This position is based at our NGDC1A - NON-STPI location.
