Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and low-code platforms to implement solutions, and ensuring that applications perform optimally while meeting user needs. You will also engage in troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain system integrity and performance, contributing to a seamless user experience.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of applications to meet specific business requirements.
- Engage in regular system monitoring and performance assessments to ensure optimal functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with integrating various data sources into Power BI.
- Familiarity with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating custom calculations.
- Ability to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- One should be ready to work in shifts (A,B and C) on rotation basis.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
