As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and utilizing various tools and application programming interfaces to customize features. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain compatibility across platforms while adapting solutions to align with organizational goals. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are essential to sustain seamless application operations and deliver consistent value to users.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.
• Strong knowledge of application configuration and release management processes.
• Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
• Familiarity with cloud-based software deployment and integration techniques.
