In the role of a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
• Experience in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to ensure system stability and performance.
• Strong understanding of integration techniques using standard tools and application programming interfaces.
• Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
