Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams to monitor and enhance application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
• Experience with cloud-based data storage, processing, and analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
• Knowledge of low-code development platforms and their application in customizing software solutions.
• Ability to monitor and optimize system performance within cloud environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
• This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
