Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various environments. Collaboration with different teams to monitor system health and address any operational challenges is an integral part of the workday.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application integration and deployment.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve application issues.
• Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
