- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.

- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

- Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve application issues.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system reliability and performance.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Incident Management.
