Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture.
• Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions using .NET frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
• Familiarity with integration techniques using APIs and low-code platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
