- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Experience with component-based architecture and state management in user interface development.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design techniques.
- Familiarity with integrating APIs and working with asynchronous data flows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex environments.
