Project Role : Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer
Project Role Description : Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Roles & Responsibilities:
Experience leading successful delivery of release/releases with team reporting to him/her
Thorough understanding of SDLC process and deliverables across each phase.
Experience in designing the application, orchestrating the process flows, SLA, Skill based routing.
Experience in defining Class structure, data model, Indexing and Reporting.
Ability to design security for Application with Access groups, Roles and Privileges.
Thorough understanding of Ruleset hierarchy and building re-usable components.
Good Hands-on of HTML, Javascript, PL/SQL programming.
Thorough understanding of environments involved and the deployment activities.
Understanding of project level metrics.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Experience in Integration with Database, External systems via SOAP/REST services, JMS, MQ.
Experience in Code quality measures like Code reviews, Compliance to Guardrail, working with AES.
Experience in Pega frameworks like CS, CSHC, CWS, CMF.
Experience in application development/system integration
Experience in Python Development/ Prompt Engineering
Knowledge of Agentic AI systems and tool use(Anthropic, AWS or Google).
Team Management- Able to handle the team efficiently.
Communication should be good and able to handle client calls independently.
Able to Handle pressure situations in the Project.
Additional Information:
Mandatory Certifications: CSA, CSSA , Optional: CUIS/ CCSA/CPMC
Overall minimum 6 years of hands on experience
Certification in Anthropic, AWS or Google is good to have.
React.Js/Node.Js Good to have.
