Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall efficiency of application operations, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet user requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Operations.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Knowledge of application deployment and monitoring tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Linux Operations.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
