Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Consultant – Team Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Consultant to drive the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions within an Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle PPM, leading solution delivery while collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions and ensure seamless integration with Finance and other enterprise modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules, including Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Contracts
Act as the PPM SME, driving solution design, configuration, and deployment
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into scalable PPM solutions
Configure project structures, costing, billing, budgeting, and revenue management processes
Ensure seamless integration with Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR), Oracle Cloud Procurement and other upstream/downstream systems
Serve as the primary point of contact for the PPM workstream and ensure alignment with client and onshore/offshore teams
Manage project lifecycle phases including SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support
Oversee data migration, system integration, and reporting activities
Ensure compliance with financial controls, project governance, and client guidelines
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project accounting and portfolio management processes
Support incident management, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization
Lead and mentor team members, ensuring high performance and delivery quality
Professional & Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Experience in Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Financial Management
Understanding of project accounting, revenue recognition, and cost management processes
Experience with integration between PPM and Financials modules
Knowledge of data migration, reporting, and reconciliation
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience working in global delivery models (onshore-offshore)
Qualifications:
Minimum 9+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations
Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM certification preferred
Proven experience in end-to-end PPM implementations or transformation programs
15 years of full-time education required
