Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing and customizing user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning framework.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce components with external systems through APIs.
- Familiarity with declarative development tools and low-code platforms within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Understanding of best practices for performance optimization and security in Salesforce applications.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
