As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
• Experience in system configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
• Knowledge of managing software releases and patching in packaged or SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with integration techniques using standard tools and application programming interfaces.
• Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
