Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that meet business objectives while maintaining system compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve user experience and system efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to customize solutions.
  • Ability to manage software release cycles and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address system stability and performance challenges.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
