Summary

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of application integration techniques and APIs.
• Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their capabilities.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues efficiently.

• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
