Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica ILM TDM and TDG.
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle management and test data management concepts.
• Experience in configuring and deploying data governance solutions within enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to data masking and data quality.
• Familiarity with integration of Informatica tools with other enterprise applications and platforms.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica ILM TDM and TDG.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
