As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and operational efficiency. Collaboration with different teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an subject matter expert.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
• Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques within ServiceNow.
• Ability to use low-code development platforms to create and modify workflows and automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve application issues efficiently.
