Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to monitor and troubleshoot application issues is also a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Data Virtualization Platform.
- Experience in configuring and managing packaged or Software as a Service applications.
- Familiarity with using APIs and low-code platforms to customize application features.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system stability and performance issues.
- Strong understanding of software release management and version control processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TIBCO Data Virtualization Platform.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
