Project Role Description : Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Roles & Responsibilities:

Complete knowledge on the PEGA Process Flows and activities

Proficient on the UI Elements and Reporting elements.

Strong knowledge on the Decision Management Techniques in PEGA

Experience in Integration (SOAP,HTTP Connectors and Services), Listeners and Batch Processes and Agents.

Experience on more than two PEGA frameworks.

Experience in Integration with Database, External systems via SOAP/REST services

Thorough hands-on in using tools like Live-UI, Clipboard and Tracer

Understanding of Various environments involved and the deployment activities

Ability to write Unit test cases and execute them per requirements

Good understanding of object oriented programming concepts

Professional & Technical Skills:

Experience in Python Development

Experience in Prompt engineering

Experience in application development/system integration

Communication should be good and able to handle client calls independently.

Able to Handle pressure situations in the Project.

React.Js/Node.Js Good to have.

Additional Information:

Mandatory Certifications: CSA, CSSA ,Optional: CUIS

Overall minimum 5 years of Industry Experience.

Certification in Anthropic, AWS or Google is good to have.
