The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

• Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.

• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance.
• Experience with configuring security policies and compliance settings within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques for packaged applications.
• Knowledge of low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionalities.
• Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure smooth deployment processes.
