Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. The position requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and optimal performance across environments. Collaboration with different teams to troubleshoot and enhance application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application changes effectively.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in application management tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Experience in managing and configuring server environments to support packaged and cloud-based applications.
- Knowledge of application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application stability and performance.
- Strong understanding of release management processes and version control.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
