Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and reliability of systems, and adapting application features to align with organizational goals. The position requires working with various tools and interfaces to maintain seamless integration and optimal performance, while continuously monitoring and troubleshooting to prevent disruptions. Collaboration with different teams to coordinate efforts and maintain system compatibility is also a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations and streamline release processes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx.
• Experience in designing and implementing workflows to automate data processing and integration tasks.
• Strong understanding of application configuration management and release lifecycle.
• Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques to maintain system stability and performance.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Alteryx.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
