Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and leveraging low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in application engineering.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Maximo.
• Experience with application configuration and support.
• Familiarity with APIs and low-code development platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot application issues.
• Understanding of system performance metrics and optimization techniques.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
