Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong expertise in designing and executing test cases for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Experience with validating data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across various data sources and targets.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages to streamline testing activities.
- Ability to analyze complex data workflows and troubleshoot issues related to data pipelines and ETL processes.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
