As a Business Analyst or Functional lead, you need to work in business platform eCommerce portal, worked on Retail industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:-The candidate must have eCommerce portal experience.-He/she should have experience in Retail industry.-Should be familiar with the Order management process from an eCommerce platform

• Must have experience in IT support projects.Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in eCommerce Platform as Business Analyst for functional support.
• Strong understanding of order management process.
