Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works closely with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration and continuous monitoring are key aspects of the daily routine to deliver reliable and efficient application services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues effectively.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and low-code development environments.

• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
