- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript.
- Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues effectively.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and low-code development environments.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in JavaScript.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
