Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate application functionality.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools that support packaged and software as a service applications.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify defects or areas for improvement.
- Understanding of integration testing and regression testing methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions.
