- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Experience with application configuration and release management in packaged or software as a service environments.
- Strong understanding of low-code development platforms and their integration capabilities.
- Ability to work with standard tools and application programming interfaces to customize and extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with system stability monitoring and performance optimization techniques.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned business solutions.
