Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to coordinate efforts and maintain seamless operations is a key aspect of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience in configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications.
• Strong knowledge of application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms to develop and adapt solutions efficiently.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system stability and performance issues.

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
