Roles & Responsibilities:
- Required experience in SAP Utilities skill.
- SAP Utilities + Power BI
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application usage and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Utilities Retail.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Power Analysis.
- Familiarity with configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications.
- Ability to work with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to develop and integrate solutions.
