Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency across the application landscape. Collaboration with different teams to address operational challenges and optimize application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases for reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Datamart Reporting.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
• Strong understanding of data reporting and extraction techniques within packaged applications.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration methods to connect various software components.
• Experience working with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
