As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management within ServiceNow environments.
• Ability to utilize APIs and low-code platforms for application customization and integration.
• Experience in managing software releases and ensuring system stability in SaaS applications.
