Summary:

As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Architect, your day involves designing scalable and secure software solutions that align with the broader enterprise architecture. You focus on creating cost-effective applications by applying key principles such as multi-tenancy and modularity. Your role includes defining the boundaries for customization and providing guidance on platform usage to ensure optimal performance and long-term maintainability. Collaboration with various teams to integrate these solutions seamlessly into the existing infrastructure is a vital part of your daily activities, ensuring that the applications meet business needs while adhering to architectural standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SaaS solutions with enterprise goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve architectural designs to enhance scalability and security.
• Document architectural decisions and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist junior team members in understanding architectural frameworks and SaaS principles.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS architecture principles including multi-tenancy and modular design.
• Experience in designing secure and scalable cloud-based applications.
• Ability to define and enforce customization limits within SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and maintainability strategies for enterprise applications.
• Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to integrate solutions within complex IT environments.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
• This position is based at our NGDC1A - NON-STPI location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
