• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and scalability.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Experience with cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
• Ability to design and optimize data pipelines and workflows within cloud environments.
• Familiarity with platform security, compliance, and governance standards.
