Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Lead efforts to integrate ethical guidelines into AI development processes.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote responsible AI practices.
• Monitor and evaluate AI systems to ensure ongoing compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge on responsible AI methodologies.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
• Experience with cloud-based AI service deployment and management.
• Strong understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to design scalable and responsible AI solutions within enterprise environments.
