In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration processes, coordinating integrations with various systems, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive solution evolution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily activities.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to establish best practices and standards for platform development and deployment.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
• Experience with warehouse management processes and integration techniques within enterprise resource planning environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system interactions and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with software release management and configuration control in packaged or cloud-based applications.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
