• Lead the design and development of comprehensive solution architectures that address complex client challenges.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and platforms.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications within the ServiceNow environment.
• Skilled in managing solution delivery lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
