In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration settings, overseeing system integrations, and coordinating release activities. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the solution remains stable and performs efficiently while aligning with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the platform is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, ensuring the solution adapts to changing needs and technological advancements.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and scalability.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Strong knowledge of platform configuration and customization within ServiceNow environments.
• Experience in managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Ability to oversee release management processes ensuring smooth deployment cycles.
• Familiarity with setting and enforcing platform standards to maintain system stability and performance.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within packaged or SaaS applications.
